Terms and Conditions

1)    Kaztek Systems reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there is insufficient attendance.  Notification of cancellation will be provided to workshop registrants three weeks prior to the start of the workshop.

2)    Refund Policy:

a)    If a workshop is cancelled, the registrant has the option of either applying the fee against a future workshop, or receiving a full refund of the workshop fee paid.

b)    If the registrant wishes to withdraw from the workshop at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop, the registrant has the option of either applying the fee against a future workshop, or receiving a refund of the workshop fee paid less a US $75.00 cancellation fee.

c)    If a registrant wishes to withdraw from a workshop within 2 weeks of the start of the workshop, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

d)    If a workshop is cancelled, Kaztek Systems will not be liable for any cancellation fees for airlines or hotels.  Please keep Item 1) in mind when booking air travel or hotel rooms.

3)    The registrant is responsible for arranging travel to the workshop, as well as, accommodation, and evening meals while attending the workshop.    Kaztek Systems will provide daytime services (coffee/tea, juice, snacks) and lunches for each day of the workshop.
